Papa

Papaa –

Jab giri tab sambhalna sikhaya,
Jab royi tab hasna sikhaya,
Meri har galtiyon se aage badhna sikhaya,
Bore hui to boht pakaya,
Mark kam aaye to bhi “are chhod agali bar acche aayenge “bolkar chhod Diya,
Aaj Tak kitni bar aapka maine chashma tod diya,
Par aapka Bharosa kabhi nahin todungi,
Maa ne daata to meri side li,
Aapne mujhe Duniya ki saari khushiyan di,
Maa jitna pyaar karti hai usse jyada kiya,
Par kabhi na mujhe dikhaya,
Mereliyee aap ek sona ho,
Jo boht anmol hai woh,
Aap ek sitara nahi balki aap ek chand ho,
Jo iss duniya main sirf ek hi hai woh,
Btana chahati hu aapko ki aap kitne khaas ho,
Ek hatke hi rishta Hai apna,
Kabhi teacher-student ka,
Kabhi Dushman ka,
Kabhi Best friend ka,
Aur kabhi baap beti ka…❤️✨

Yehh Baarish…🌧❤️‍🩹

Iss saal Phirse baarish aayi,
Par mere liye bas aansuon ki baarish aayi,
Iss baarish main meri Mohbaat tumhare liye badh rahi thi ,
Par pata nahi kyu woh Mohbaat mere liye kahi na kahi kam ho rahi thi.

Iss bar tum dur jaa rhe the,
Jese iss baar ye baarish tumhe mujhse dur karne aayi thi,
Baarish ne sabko to bhiga diya ,
Magar mujhe aansuon ne bhiga diya.

Ye baarish mere liye to sirf dukh aur aansu leke aayi thi,
Iss baar baarish ke bundon se jyada mere aansu barse the,
Kash ye baarish tere shahar bhi ho,
Taki tujhe pta chale kitna taras rahi hu tere liye.

Ye baarish ki bunde teri yaad dilayegi,
Ye baarish to kal phir aayegi,
Ho sake to tum bhi loot aana…❤️‍🩹

Haa…Hoon Main LADKI 💗

Haa…main ladki hoon✨ – Poetry

Kapde dhang ke pahnlo,
Jara theek se baithna Sikh lo,
Tum kitni Kaali Ho thoda makeup lagaya karo,
Tum bahut Gori Ho Ghar mein Hi Raha karo,
Tum kuchh jyada hi moti Ho thoda diet follow karo,
Bahar jaate waqt kurta pahna karo,
Bahar jyada mat jaya Karo,
Tum ladki Ho ladkon ke sath mat Raha karo,
Yah padhaai chhodo ghar ke kam kiya karo,
Yah phone chalana band karo aur photos jyada post mat kiya karo,
Aree…Tumhari to Umar Ho Gayi Hai,
Kab shaadi karni hai??
Are…Itni jor se mat hasa karo,
Tum ladki Ho limit mein raha karo…

Haa hoon main ladki !!
Ye rok tok band karlo,
Aur thodi to sharam karo,

Jab ek aurat 5 inch gap ka blouse pehen rahi hai,
To ladki ne 2 inch gap ka top pehen liya to kyaa problem ho rahi hai,
Kyaa huaa ek ladki late aayi to ?
” Late kyu aaye ?” Kya kabhi pucha hai kisi ladke ko?
Agar male female equal hai
To kya na rahu main ladko ke saath main ?
Raat raat bhar phone mat chalaya karo kabhi kehdo apne bete se !
Ladki hi kyu saare ghar ke kam kare?
Kehdo apne bete se ke wo bhi kam sikhale!

Suno, HAA HOON MAIN LADKI
PAR BOJ NAHI KISIKE SAAR KI
MAIN TO LAXMI HU HAR GHAR KI !!👑

Funny Love Story !

The Funny Love Story Is —

WE ADORE SOMEONE WHO HURT US THE MOST, WHO OVERLOOK US THE MOST
AND WE OVERLOOK SOMEONE WHO REALLY ADORES US THE MOST, WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT US THE MOST!

Without you !

Without you my life is like drinking tea without sugar,
Without you my life is like a bird without wings,
Without you my life is like the sky without clouds,
Without you my life is like a night without moon and stars,
Without you my life is like a poem without rhyme,
But when I am with you,
My life is like Tea with Sweet sugar ,
Birds with beautiful wings,
The sky with lovely clouds,
Night with bright moon and stars,
A poem with an amazing rhyme!
And yes other people can’t live without water but I can’t live without you, you are like water to me, Mylove!❤️

It’s hard to describe!

It’s hard to describe how much I love you,
It’s hard to describe how much I trust you,
It’s hard to describe how much I care about you ,
It’s hard to describe how much I respect you ,
It’s hard to describe how important you are in my life,
It’s hard to describe how scared I am of losing you,
It’s hard to describe how excited I am about our future,
It’s hard to describe how I feel every time you look at me,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when you say “I love you”,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when I see the tears in your eyes,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when you’re not with me,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when you’re angry with me,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when you fight for me,
It’s hard to describe how I feel when you hug me,
My dear, it is really difficult to describe what you mean to me!
I love you from the bottom of my heart!
You are the most important person in my life, My Love!
I can’t live without you, My precious man!
Please, don’t leave me!

Love will grow!

Love will grow!
Without sunlight,
Without water.
Love needs only,
A little understanding,
A little care,
A little faith,
A little time,
And 1 promise that “I will be with you forever.”
Love can grow on this.
Love doesn’t expect anything more!💫

Pure Love!

Love is like a river,
A never-ending stream.
A feeling that is so strong,
Like the toughest waves in the sea.
It’s hard to reach from underneath to bright blue sky.
But once I look into your loving eyes,
I realize that I’m already tougher than those waves.
Only when I’m by your precious side.

I feel lost in your eyes! ( POEM )

whenever I look into your eyes,

it seems that your eyes are calling me,

I see so much love in your eyes,

I feel lost in your eyes.

Whenever I look into your eyes,

I see so much care in your eyes,

I see so much faith in your eyes,

I feel lost in your eyes.

Whenever I look into your eyes,

I see so much fear of losing me in your eyes,

I see my future in your eye,

I feel lost in your eyes.

there’s some magic in your eyes,

That magic attracts me every time,

I think your eyes are saying stay with me, don’t go anywhere.

I feel lost in your eyes.

I never want to see tears in your eyes,

I just want the sparkle in your eyes.

Whenever I see you happy,

I feel lost in your eyes.

I never want to lose you, my love!

You are in my heart,

You light up my life, Thank you! My love for you is pure and true.

The Road from Failure to Success!

What happens when we think of doing something?

We think we plan, but when it comes to executing it, we procrastinate. We postpone doing things for several reasons. Often we wait for the right circumstances or the right time. The right circumstances or the right time never come as these do not exist. The best and the only solution is to begin doing NOW! Being earnest has often been the key to success for many. No one can teach this better than Walt Disney who failed in almost everything he did before finally hitting upon success, so grand that it is very few peers. His achievements came through his earnest relentless efforts and his sheer diligence. He never wasted his time letting his enthusiasm depreciate.

Failure only makes your next shot quicker, easier and surer.

Take these failures you will face with grace because you’ll learn more in a single failure than in a lifetime of success. There are lessons in all our faults that are attempting to take us to our ultimate vision. Get the idea going and trust the process.

It won’t be perfect but getting it out slowly will help begin the cultivation process. Start by writing your thoughts and ideas. Talk them out with friends and do one thing a day that will help your overall vision. It won’t be perfect, but if you’re persistent, the easier it will be to deal with failures along the way.
Each failure is simply feedback on how to perfect your craft. Know that nothing works unless you do and know that what you envisioned will not happen exactly how you thought it would, but that is what makes the distance between where we are and where we want to go so exciting.

This fearful, grey, undefined space makes life the crazy beautiful wonderful journey it is.
Failure won’t kill you but your fear to fail just may keep you from success.

Successful people do not talk of their successes before they achieve them, and then they share the secrets. When you succeed in your endeavor your success will talk about you. It is only those who do not have the willpower to succeed, talk about themselves. When you stop talking you conserve your inner zeal, you become earnest about achieving something, and when you begin doing it find expression in your action.

Failure to Success Story of Vincent van Gogh

One of the most renowned artists worldwide, Vincent van Gogh, wasn’t born as the ultimate post-impressionism legend. In fact, he would never know that his par excellence work gained such huge momentum that his art is now being taught in schools, colleges, and universities.
Vincent van Gogh lived a very tough life. While he was alive, he suffered mental illness, relationship troubles, and had to make a harsh decision to end his own life.

So, the moral here is to stay strong throughout your journey to success, the road may be thorny and long but you’re destined to succeed. Hold in there for long enough to see the morning sunshine on you.

“Success is sometimes the outcome of a whole string of failures.”

— Vincent van Gogh.

Stress !

STRESS

| A Little Stress Is Good For You .

Stress: Accused Of Killing Longevity .

Many people seem older than they are. Research into the causes of premature aging has shown that stress has a lot to do with it , Because the body wears down much faster during period of crisis. The American Institute Of Stress investigated This degenerative process and concluded that most health problem are caused by stress.

Researchers At The Heidelberg University Hospital Conducted A Study In Which They Subjected A Young Doctor To A job interview , which they made even more stressful by forcing him to solve complex math problems for thirty minutes.Afterward, they took a blood sample. What they discovered was that his antibodies had reacted to stress the same way they react to pathogens, activating the proteins that trigger an immune response. The problem is that this response not only neutralizes harmful agents, it also damages healthy cells, leading them to age prematurely. The University of California conducted a similar study, taking data and samples from thirty-nine women who had high levels of stress due to the illness of one of their children and comparing them to samples from women with healthy children and low levels of stress. They found that stress pro- motes cellular aging by weakening cell structures known as telomeres, which affect cellular regeneration and how our cells age. As the study revealed, the greater the stress, the greater the degenerative effect on cells.

How does stress work?

These days, people live at a frantic pace and in a nearly con- stant state of competition. At this fever pitch, stress is a natural response to the information being received by the body as potentially dangerous or problematic. Theoretically, this is a usetul reaction, as it helps us survive in hostile surroundings. Over the course of our evolution, we have used this response to deal with difficult situations and to flee from predators. The alarm that goes off in our head makes our neurons activate the pituitary gland, which produces hormones that release corticotropin, which in turn circulates through the body via the sympathetic nervous system. The adrenal gland is then triggered to release adrenaline and cortisol. Adrena- line raises our respiratory rate and pulse and prepares our muscles for action, getting the body ready to react to per- ceived danger, while cortisol increases the release of dopamine and blood glucose, which is what gets us “charged up” and allows us to face challenges.

Stress has a degenerative effect over time. A sustained state of emergency affects the neurons associated with memory, as well as inhibiting the release of certain hormones, the absence of which can cause depression. Its secondary effects include irritability, insomnia, anxiety, and high blood pressure. As such, though challenges are good for keeping mind and body active, we should adjust our high-stress lifestyles in order to avoid the premature aging of our bodies. Be mindful about reducing stress Whether or not the threats we perceive are real, stress is an easily identifiable condition that not only causes anxiety but is also highly psychosomatic, affecting everything from our digestive system to our skin.

A little stress is good for you !

While sustained, intense stress is a known enemy of longev- ity and both mental and physical health, low levels of stress have been shown to be beneficial. After observing a group of test subjects for more than twenty years, Dr. Howard S. Friedman, a psychology profes- sor at the University of California, Riverside, discovered that people who maintained a low level of stress, who faced chal- lenges and put their heart and soul into their work in order to succeed, lived longer than those who chose a more relaxed lifestyle and retired earlier. From this, he concluded that a small dose of stress is a positive thing, as those who live with low levels of stress tend to develop healthier habits, smoke less, and drink less alcohol. Given this, it is not surprising that many of the supercentenarians-people who live to be 110 or more whom we’ll meet in this book talk about having lived intense lives and working well into old age.

“The truth is that stress doesn’t come from your boss, your kids, your spouse, traffic jams, health challenges, or other circumstances. It comes from your thoughts about your circumstances.”

Boy’s Life Isn’t Easy!

Everyone thinks that being a girl is not easy but being a boy is not easy either.

Family Burden: You Have To Settle As soon as possible so you can handle the responsibilities of family.
If any boy has lost either of his parents, it’s very difficult for him to overcome it. If he had lost his mother, he has to manage all household things. If he had lost his father, he has to earn for his family, and for that, some boys sacrifice their dreams and goals!

Sacrifices of dreams and boys has been best friends since the start.
If you have low marks in school and colleges, many mouths are there to talk and curse. Parents keep on asking, “how will you feed us with such stupid marks?”
If you are good at sports, many people try to take you down. Not only this, but even parents stop sports saying that “you cannot go above politics in sports .”
Many boys are active and sportive, but they have to drop down this idea just because people with orthodox thinking force them by saying, “Sports will give you nothing. It’s a waste of time .”

Boy’s life is full of Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia like things.
In a day, they study, some boys work for earning, But at night, their future doesn’t Let them sleep peacefully.

Who said boys don’t cry?

They cry when they fail in their respective fields, when they look at their parent’s cry and suffer, when they know that his sister, who saved from scolding, protected from beating, who listened to all his ups and downs, is leaving the house after marriage, boys do cry when they are helpless.
Boys can’t even stay with their best friends because the one may take other on the wrong path which is actually wrong.
Boys can’t have a girl best friend because other people may think he might hurt girl.
Some can’t even have night-outs because they are the only one for their family.

Many say that rich boys don’t have problems?
Who said that?
Who guarantees their happiness?
Who says they don’t suffer?

Everyone at some point in life is been suffered and the point is boys have suffered it a lot. Some agree, some don’t. Perspective differs.

“Life is not easy for anyone. Sometimes you don’t see the challenges in the outside, but every single of us has problems both in and out. Give it your all. Dare to be all you can be.”

Success ( Part 4 )

How Can You “SM_LE” Without “I” ?
How Can You Be “F_NE” Without “I” ?
How Can You “W_SH” Without “I” ?
How Can You Be “N_CE” Without “I” ?
How Can You Be a “FR_END” Without “I” ?
So “I” Am Very Important!
But How Can I Achieve “S_CCESS” Without “U” ?
How Can I “LA_GH” Without ‘U’?
How Can I Take A “C_P” of Tea or Coffee Without “U”?
How Can I Enjoy The “S_NSHINE” Without “U”?
How Can I Have “F_N” Without “U”?
And That Makes “U” More Important Than “I”!

Therefore humans (U & I) = WE need one another in life to  be happy, work together and achieve greater things. Let’s propagate positivity and shun negativity.

Boyfriend!

Rape!

How to beat depression ?

How to beat depression

Most of us have went through times of depression…I use some ways to get over it…and I hope it would be helpful for y’all if shared…

When we’re depressed… It often feels like nothing in the world can make us feel better & excitement dwindles…the most important thing to remember is that this is a very common situation and it can be conquered with the right decisions…

Depression brings along a mentality that is often self destructive. We tend to accept a negative identity that’s not really there as the truth about ourselves…which makes us sadistic about ourselves in some way…when we’re in this state…we’re letting in Demons that somehow act like some suppressors holding us back and keeping us in our place…

The main action within the process of getting over depression is to take a stand against these feelings glued as parasites trying to keep us sick in bed…keep us isolated, to forego the activities we enjoy…giving in to these thoughts will not end up in our gain, instead it grants more power over us. So we have to get rid of them right away…The best way to do that is by starting to look at things realistically and positively…to be able to do that, we have to start loving ourselves…and by that I don’t mean take it radically and become selfish…I mean, just think about it…would you show the same cruel attitude to your loved ones if they’re stuck in the same situation?(I don’t think so). So u just have to give a gentle compassion towards yourself because you need it more than you think…

We could experience depression as a continuous state of sadness or painful emotions…Most of us who suffer from it are masking a feeling of sorrow or rage that’s making us feel down…cutting off a feeling as such can keep us away from depression…but when there are times when anger or sadness gets to us…It’s always better to discuss the situation with someone close cause letting it out always leaves us with less to fight with…

The last thing you want to do when you’re feeling down is staying down…Be active…do things that you love doing like your hobbies or passions…or take a walk, a trip to the gym, or any other ways that’ll get you up on your feet…you’ll always end up feeling better emotionally…

Depression often makes you feel you’re better off alone, keep quiet, not to bother others with your problems…Don’t listen to these thoughts…Don’t isolate yourself…talking about your struggles with people who care like friends and family, can lighten your burden…and don’t think of it as a self-centered thing to do cause that’s what friends and family are all about…helping each other… Even hanging out with friends, going to places with a social atmosphere is really helpful. Because everyone struggles at times and your depression doesn’t single you out from others…

As silly as it seems, watching a funny show or movie is really effective…cause anything that makes you smile or laugh convinces your brain that it’s all good and you’re happy…so try more comic stuff in the movies you watch (I love anything that Will Ferrell does for example )…Also listening to music (especially upbeat ones) is an effective tool in uplifting your mood…

And most importantly… don’t feel self-hatred over your depression. Don’t punish yourself for feeling bad, cause shit happens and you’re not the only one.

I hope this was helpful and always remember, it’s just a matter of choosing the thing that works best for you…

Thanks You ♥️

Something New ❤️.

🖤

Every teenager at the mean time is going through so much of heart breaks, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and other mental problems. Our society think that all of this came out cause ‘those teens out there are so much influenced’ by the outside world. They’re too addicted to the culture of western society. They forget about their true identity, they forget about their own culture and brings many foreign things to their lives. Well, people may think that’s the real problem, or that’s the problem at all. They never see the part of missing lane in the roads of the teens journey, they never wanted to accept they brought a lot of pain to the teen community by ignoring, just to listen their mind, they always use the word ‘አትፈላሰፍ’ when their young children tries to speak what’s on their minds. They don’t understand the difference of generation, they want to raise us as in the way our grand generation raised them; but, how could that be possible?

We need your assistance rather than avoiding us.
We need your understanding rather than your judgements.
We need your full attention rather than separation.
We need to be saved rather than ignoring our problems.
We really want to speak about everything with our parents, elders, and someone who knows more than us. Yes, we do. But the question is, are you ready to listen? It’s possible you hear the whole word I said, and yet you always misunderstood my ideas cause you weren’t ready to listen!

Choose Your Words Wisely

🖤

Once upon a time, an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After being released, the man felt humiliated as he walked to his home. He sued the old man for wrongly Accusing him.

In court, the old man told the Judge, “They were just comments, didn’t Harm anyone..” The judge, before passing sentence on the case, told the old man, “Write All the things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and On the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to Hear the sentence”.

The next day, the judge told the old man, “Before receiving the Sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper That you threw out yesterday”. The old man said, “I can’t do that! The wind must have spreads them and I won’t Know where to find them”.

The judge then replied, “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. The old man realized his mistake and asked for forgiveness”.

Moral: Do not malignant or blame anyone without knowing the fact or a truth. Your words may ruin someone’s reputation without any fault of theirs.

Kick the drama and keep going ahead

🤍

An elephant took a bath in a river and was walking on the road. When it neared a bridge, it saw a pig fully soaked in mud coming from the opposite direction. The elephant quietly moved to one side, allowed the dirty pig to pass and then continued its onward journey.

The unclean pig later spoke to its friends in arrogance, “See how big I am; even the elephant was afraid of me and moved to one side to let me pass”.

On hearing this, some elephants questioned their friend, the reason for its action. Was it out of fear?

The elephant smiled and replied, “I could have easily crushed the pig under my leg, but I was clean and the pig was very dirty. By crushing it, my leg will become dirty and I wanted to avoid it. Hence, I moved aside.”

This story reveals :
Realized souls will avoid contact with negativity not out of fear, but out of desire to keep away from impurity though they are strong enough to destroy the impurity.

You need not react to every opinion, every comment, or every situation.

Kick the drama and keep going ahead

Choose your battles wisely… Not everything deserves Ur time and attention.

REMEMBER !

Excellent 👌 Moral

The little boy came from school on Saturday and told his father, my teacher has given us home-work to Hug 10 people and tell them – “Be patient, trust life and I Love you”.

The Dad said – “OK, we will go to the Mall tomorrow morning and do it”.

The child woke up all spirited up in the morning, got ready. Went to his Dad and said – “lets go!!”

The father said – “there is Heavy rainfall, I fear nobody might be there”.

The Child still insisted. So the Father drove in the horrible rainy weather to the Mall.

They stood in the mall for 1 hour, and the little boy hugged 9 people.
His father then said – “now lets go, its raining heavily and we shouldn’t get stuck!”

Sad the son went along with his father’s orders. As they where driving past, the child pointed at a random house. Said – “please dad, just 1 person is remaining, I will go to that house and complete my homework”!

The father smiled and pulled the car over.

The child went to the door and began to ring the bell and pound the door strongly with his knuckles. He kept waiting. Finally the door was opened gently.

A lady came out with a very sad look and gently asked:

“What can I do for you, son?

With radiant eyes and a bright smile the child said:
“Ma’am my teacher has told to Hug 10 people and tell them – “Be patient, trust life and I Love you”.
I have hugged 9. May I hug you and pass the message to you.

The Lady embraced him, and started crying profusely.

On seeing that the Boy’s father came out of the car. He went to the lady and asked – “Any problem madam?”

She composed herself, took them inside, gave them a cup of tea and then told his father –
“My husband died a while ago leaving me totally alone in this world. Today morning the loneliness took over me. Since morning I have been thinking that this is the end of the road for me.

Then I took a chair and a rope to my bedroom and decided to end my life. As I was seeing the world for one last time, I begged for forgiveness to GOD and then heard this knock. I thought to leave it. But then nobody comes to visit me.
When I opened the door, I couldn’t believe what my eyes saw this little child. And when he said , “Be patient, trust life and I Love you”.
I knew it was a message from God.
Suddenly I realized I don’t want to die anymore, and have decided to make something productive of my life.

REMEMBER – Give positive thoughts to people.
Tell them you stand by them.
And even if nothing, just listen to them.

You could be the medium that saves a life.!🌹👍🙏
